Dress Purple Day

Every October, Children’s Aid Societies across Ontario raise awareness about the important role that individuals and communities play in supporting vulnerable children, youth, and families through the provincial Dress Purple Day campaign.  In the BHNCDSB, we strive to promote that our Catholic Schools are safe places for children to grow and to impart a knowledge that is infused with the Gospel.The focus of this day for our schools is to make the connection between our Board theme of “We are Many, We are One” and the importance of caring for children, youth, and families. As Catholic education communities, we are stronger together.
